1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and JBL Intellectual Properties LLC, doing business as JBL Roofing & Construction ("JBL," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using jblrc.com (the "Website"), submitting an estimate or contact request, communicating with us by phone, email, or text message, or engaging JBL for products or services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or engage JBL for services. JBL may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 17.
2. Description of Services
JBL provides residential and commercial roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and related restoration and storm-damage services in Ohio, Illinois, West Virginia, Florida, and other markets where we are licensed to operate. The specific scope, price, schedule, materials, and warranty terms of any project will be set out in a written estimate and signed contract between you and JBL. These Terms govern your use of the Website and general communications with JBL; they do not replace the written contract for any specific project.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Website or request services from JBL. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Estimate Requests and Inquiries
When you submit an estimate request, contact form, or other inquiry to JBL, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. A request for an estimate is not a binding contract; no work will commence until you and JBL have signed a written project agreement (or other written authorization to proceed). JBL may decline to provide services for any lawful reason.
5. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Website by any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, our servers, or any related systems.
- Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Using the Website to send unsolicited commercial messages, harvest contact information, or for any unlawful purpose.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the Website except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
The Website and its content (including text, images, logos, trademarks, photographs of completed projects, drawings, designs, software, and other materials) are owned by JBL or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. The names "JBL Roofing & Construction," the JBL logo, and other JBL marks are trademarks of JBL Intellectual Properties LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Website or its content without our prior written permission, except that you may view, download, and print pages of the Website for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Text Messaging Program
JBL operates a text-messaging program for customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from JBL. By opting in, you agree to the terms of this Section 7 and to our Privacy Policy.
7.1 Program description
Messages sent under the JBL text-messaging program include estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, job-status notifications, insurance-claim coordination, warranty communications, satisfaction follow-up, and customer-service messages related to your project or inquiry.
7.2 How to opt in
You may opt in to the program by (a) checking the SMS-consent checkbox when you submit a form on the Website that captures a mobile phone number; (b) providing your mobile number to a JBL representative who confirms your consent; or (c) texting an opt-in keyword to a JBL number we identify to you. Consent to receive text messages from JBL is not a condition of any purchase or service.
7.3 Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project and your interactions with JBL. Frequency may range from occasional messages to several messages per week during active project work.
7.4 Cost
Message and data rates may apply. JBL does not charge for the messages it sends, but your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates apply to messages you send to or receive from us. Contact your carrier for details.
7.5 HELP
For help with the JBL text-messaging program, reply HELP to any message we send you. You may also contact us at info@jblrc.com or (330) 677-9463.
7.6 STOP — opt-out
You may opt out of text messages from JBL at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send you. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from the program will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing info@jblrc.com or calling (330) 677-9463.
7.7 Carrier disclaimer
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their respective affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on factors outside JBL's control.
7.8 Eligibility and accurate information
To participate in the program, you must be at least 18 years old, the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and located in the United States. You agree to notify JBL promptly if you change or stop using the mobile number you provided.
7.9 Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and share information in connection with the text-messaging program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Communications and Electronic Records
By providing your contact information to JBL, you consent to receive communications from JBL by phone, email, and (where you have opted in) text message. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that JBL provides electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
9. Estimates, Pricing, and Contracts
Estimates provided by JBL are good-faith estimates based on the information available to JBL at the time. Actual pricing, scope, schedule, and warranty terms are governed by the signed project contract between you and JBL. Pricing on the Website is for informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may include links to third-party websites, advertisements, services, or content (for example, manufacturer warranty registration pages or industry-rating sites). JBL does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's terms and privacy policy.
11. Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. JBL does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in this Section 11 limits any warranty JBL expressly provides in a signed written project contract for products or services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will JBL, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, subcontractors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website, the text-messaging program, or any inquiry or communication made through the Website, even if JBL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
JBL's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or the text-messaging program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law and does not affect JBL's obligations under any signed project contract.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JBL and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, subcontractors, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Website or the text-messaging program in violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (c) any false or misleading information you provide to JBL.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 15, you and JBL agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio, and you and JBL consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact JBL in writing at info@jblrc.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue any other remedy available at law or in equity, subject to Section 14.

16. Termination
JBL may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that JBL believes violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to JBL, our customers, or third parties. Sections 6, 7.6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 18 will survive any termination.
17. Changes to These Terms
JBL may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after we post updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. For material changes affecting the text-messaging program, JBL will provide additional notice (for example, by sending a text or email to enrolled users) and, where required by law, obtain renewed consent.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed project contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and JBL regarding your use of the Website and the text-messaging program. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. JBL's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign these Terms; JBL may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
