Our house has a section of roof that is north facing and collects snow and ice during the winter without any sun to thaw the snow. This past year ice buildup caused leaking into our house damaging our living room cathedral ceiling. JBL installed heavy duty heating cables on the roof which completely removed all issues related to any leaks. They were prompt in their repairs and highly profesdion. The price for the cables was very reasonable. We are extremely pleased with their work.

Had wind damage in December I didn’t catch it till 2 day later I called. Tyler called me back eminently we were expecting rain snow the next day. Tyler came got on the roof inspected the damage took pictures and covered up the exposed area. Sat with me while callling insurance and filling my claim. He then returned to talk to the insurance adjuster. After only going to cover half the roof I got an estimate and had your guys do it all and paid the difference so I could have a new roof. I paid a deposit and 2 weeks later they showed up
Tyler wasn’t on the job site that day and I was worried about final payment. He said don’t worry about it he would catch up with me the following week. Not many contractors companies would just act like no big deal but they are good people I hire them again if needed and I highly recommend them for anyone needing any work done

We got our roof and gutters done five months ago and we had a small issue with one of the gutters I called and Doug Buell called us back asked us what was going on and how could he help he listen to us and said he be out the the next day. Doug handled the issue and called me on FaceTime showed me the issue and how he fixed it thank you makes me feel good knowing people still value their work and customers. Thanks again Doug Buell.

What a great team from JBL roofing out of Ohio, from sales support inspection with Jordon, scheduling and planning with Andrew, the crew leaders Chris & Jose and the entire work crew. Showed up before 7 both days and worked till after dark to finish my roof on day one. Came back to finish the cleanup and check everything out! Top notch service and communication. Thank you!

When we had storm damage to our roof and siding, we were referred by a trusted friend to Jon Dombrowski at JBL. The company completed our roof replacement in July and our siding and gutters in November, and they exceeded our expectations!
Jon was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond for us. We are very thankful for the excellent customer service and guidance he provided. We had never filed a claim on our home insurance before, and he helped us through the entire process. He was there for the inspections and for an additional one we had with the insurance adjuster to explain the damages and repairs needed.
Jon documented his findings in a special report, and he and Don Garman communicated with our insurance company until the claims were resolved. Jon patiently answered all our questions, accommodated changes we asked for, and when completing our order he was thorough and left no stone unturned.
The roof crew was awesome and worked hard in the sweltering, hot weather to give us a beautiful new roof. Their attention to detail was impressive and you could see they took pride in their work. Brandon Clark was the Project Manager and he did a great job with the final walk through and follow up.
The insurance claim process for our siding took longer than expected, which caused a delay with getting the siding materials ordered and the job scheduled. JBL’s Office Manager, Erin Blackiston was very nice and reassuring whenever I called, and I appreciated her understanding and professionalism.
The terrific siding crew led by Cesar worked diligently in the cold and did an absolutely amazing job – we could not be happier with their work quality and the stunning results! They were another detailed-oriented team. When the first winter storm of the season ended up delaying their start date, they graciously worked during the weekend to catch up. The gutter installers, Mike and Mike, were friendly and efficient and also did a stellar, top-notch job.
The Quality Control Manager, Doug Buell was fantastic. His communication was great, he found nice solutions to some tricky things that were found, and he even helped to fix an issue with our garage. In addition, one of the outdoor light fixtures I bought at a local store had broken glass so I had to get a replacement, and he installed it for us when he came for the final inspection. A week after the work was done, Doug called to follow up again and to ensure all was still good.
And I also have to mention that all of the crews were meticulous with cleaning up, which was very appreciated!

I had a roof installed and I was not pleased with the work. After 3 weeks, several shingles never laid flat to roof. Apparently a phenomenon called tenting and to my understanding is not normal. There was also an issue with my roof vent not even close to being straight. Several nails, razors, and other debris found all around my yard. Ryan (my salesman) was more fixated on if I shared my experience with my neighbors than actually fixing the problems. He's the ultimate unprofessional. Eventually I was connected with Doug who takes quality seriously and he came out twice to make repairs. I attempted to contact the owner to have a conversation and while his office assistant (Erin) was nice, the owner never called me back.
Never, I repeat NEVER do business with JBL Roofers. They add to the idea that you can't trust roofers.
